OVERVIEW

Established IN the year 1952, Developed various businesses over a period of time, founded by (Late) Sri. Chimanlal Ujamshi Shah ( C.U. Shah). who came from Lakhtar Village from Surrender Nagar District of Saurashtra Region from Gujarat. 

After completing his law degree, Mr. Shah moved to Kenya during the second world war time to explore business activities between East Africa and India. He has joined with Mr. M P Shah owner of M/s. Kenya tanning Extract Company (KTE) to explore the wattle extract business for Indian market an important raw material for leather industry. He has also explored and started importing Wattle Bark and subsequently Wattle solid and spray dried powders from east Africa mainly from Zimbabwe, Tanzania and South Africa thru M/s. Forestal Mimosa Limited (FML) and we are their sole agent in India for their products
Further explored in Quebracho Extracts from Argentina about six decades ago and Tara Vegetable tanning extracts from Peru, all used in the leather industry. We also act as indenting agent for bulk consumers for their imports and also import and sell locally thru’ our own sales points at all leading tanning centers across India those who are buying in small quantities.

Later the Group ventured  into Pharma, warehousing, Financing,Custom House Agent / Clearing and Forwarding etc.
We cater about 600 customers in leather and textile industries. we are one of the market leaders in leather chemical industry for more than 3 decades.
